Choc Brownie Oat Bake

Ingredients (Serves 6)

🍌 3 Medium Bananas (mashed)

🍫 25g Organic Cacao Powder (Macro)

🌰 25g Almond Flour

🌾 90g Oats

🥥 20g Desiccated Coconut (Whitworths)

💪 30g Uvolve Mix-In Collagen Protein

🥛 180ml Unsweetened Fortified Almond Milk

🥚 1 Large Egg

🍫 85g Dark Chocolate Chips (Coles)

🍯 20g Honey

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Baking Powder


Directions

1. Preheat

Set oven to 170°C (fan-forced). Line a loaf tin or square baking dish with baking paper.


2. Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, add bananas, cacao powder, almond flour, oats, coconut, collagen protein, almond milk, egg, chocolate chips, honey, cinnamon, and baking powder.


3. Mash & Combine

Mash the bananas well, then stir until mixture is smooth and fully combined.


4. Bake

Pour into your prepared baking tin, spreading evenly.Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.


5. Cool & Slice

Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before slicing into 6 serves.
