Ingredients (Serves 1)

🥩 100g 5% Fat Extra Lean Mince Beef (Coles)

🥬 1 cup Shredded Lettuce (36g)

🥔 200g Carisma Potatoes (Coles)

🥛 40g Greek Yogurt Plain Non-Fat (Chobani)

🍅 10g Better Tangy Tomato Sauce (Mingle)

🌭 10ml Yellow Mustard (Heinz)

🥒 60g Special Burger Pickles (Coles)

🧀 1 Lite Cheese Slice (Coles)

🧅 30g Onions (Raw)


Directions

  1. Cook the Potatoes

    Microwave potatoes briefly to soften, then air fry for 10–12 minutes at 180°C for crispy perfection.

  2. Cook the Beef

    Cook extra lean beef mince with salt and pepper until browned.

  3. Make Uvolve Big Mac Sauce

    Combine Greek yogurt, tomato sauce, mustard, 1 tsp chopped pickles, and a splash of pickle juice. Mix until smooth.

  4. Assemble Salad Bowl
