Ingredients (Makes 3 Servings)


🥣 6 Weetbix (Sanitarium)

🥛 450ml So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk

9g Stevia

🥛 350g YoPRO High Protein Vanilla Yoghurt (Danone)

💪 33g Uvolve Core Whey Protein (Vanilla)

🍓 125g Fresh Raspberries

🍯 35g Raspberry Jam (Cottee’s)

🥥 10g Fine Desiccated Coconut (McKenzie’s)


Directions

Prepare the Weetbix Base:

Crush 6 Weetbix and divide evenly between 3 containers (2 per container). Add 1 teaspoon of stevia and 150ml almond milk to each. Mix well.


Mix the Protein Yoghurt:

In a separate bowl, combine vanilla yoghurt and vanilla whey protein. Stir until smooth.


Layer the Yoghurt:

Evenly divide the protein yoghurt mixture on top of the soaked Weetbix layers.


Prepare Raspberry Layer:

In a small bowl, mash raspberries and raspberry jam together. Divide evenly and spoon over the yoghurt.


Finish & Chill:

Sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
